The kaanphool is the Indian ear cuff. It follows the line of the ear, frames the face, and was made to carry the weight of a heavier earring. Every region of India has its own version. Ours are handcrafted and gold-plated, some with ghungroo that move as you do, and light enough to wear all evening. Wear one over studs, or over a chandbali at a wedding.
