Terms of service
These terms apply to every order on yuvaanjewels.com and to your use of the site. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders. Every piece on the site is an invitation to order. Your order is your offer; we accept it when we dispatch the piece, and we send you a confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece has sold out, a price or description was shown in error, or a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the full amount to the same payment method.
Prices and payment. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partner. For orders delivered outside India, any customs duty or local tax is charged to you by the courier at delivery and is not included in the price. Prices can change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown when you order.
Shipping, returns and exchanges. Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. In short: shipping is free across India, ready to ship pieces leave the studio in 2 to 3 days, and we do not take returns or exchanges unless a piece arrives damaged, defective or wrong.
Handcrafted pieces. Every piece is handmade and hand-set. Small differences in colour, stone shade, size and finish between the photograph and the piece, or between one piece and the next, are part of handwork and are not defects. Pieces are gold-plated on a base metal, not solid gold. Our warranty is in the Return and Refund Policy and on each product page.
Offers and sale pieces. Offers run only while stock lasts and only for the dates stated. Pieces bought on an offer cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your account and information. You agree to give us accurate contact and delivery details, and to keep your account password to yourself. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content. Photographs, designs, text and the Yuvaan name on this site belong to Yuvaan Jewels and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Liability. We take care that the site is accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
